On Friday, June 21st, we will hold our next gradings. Prepare well and attend the training regularly.

No Friday training on May 17th

There will be no Friday training on May 17th.
We will organize an extra training on one of the next Saturdays instead. We will let you know the exact date and time soon.

A Happy Easter to you all. There will be no training on Good Friday (April 19th) and Easter Monday (April 22nd).

We look forward seeing you again, when the regular training starts again on Friday, April 26th.

New Location for Friday training

Starting January 2019 our Friday training (Kumite/sparring) takes place at a new venue, the Zentrum für Harmonische Bewegung, from 8pm to 10 pm.
This new venue is at a central location between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Kastanienallee and Schönhauser Allee are only 5 min by foot from the venue. The closest public transport stations are U2 Senefelder Platz, U8 Rosenthaler Platz and tram station Zionskirchplatz (M1 and 12).

Workshop Striking & Impact

Workshop on Structure, Technique and Principles for maximising power and effectiveness of striking techniques (kicks and punches). The workshop takes place on Friday, November 23rd at 19:30 in the Fenriz-Trainingszentrum (Lobeckstr. 36, 10969 Berlin, U8 Moritzplatz).
The workshop is free-of-charge. You can register by messaging us here, email to [email protected] or directly with us during one of our Friday training sessions.

Please bring light sports clothes and shower slippers.

3 weeks summer break. Training starts again on September 21st.

June 27 to July 01, International Martial Arts Seminar in Bohinji

Auch dieses Jahr sind wir wieder bei dem Internationalen Makotokai-Sommercamp in Bohinji (Slowenien) vom 27.Juni bis 1. Juli dabei!

Also this year we will be at the annual Martial Arts summer Seminar that takes place from June 27 to July 01 2018.
