Workshop "Moving the force and the force in movements"

Workshop Makotokai Karate and Tai Chi

Friday and Saturday, July 5th and 6th, we will hold the Workshop "Moving the force and the force in movements".

In this workshop we explain how force or power in our techniques is created in the movements and how we use this force in the movements in the space available in a fight.
We have invited Senseis Riccardo and Corrado Savino from the Jin Dojo in Padova, Italy. Both hold the 5th Dan in Makotokai Karate and the 5th Chie in Tai Chi.
Riccardo and Corrado will approach this topic not only from the point of view of Karate but will use the Saturday part of the seminar give an introduction into the traditional Chinese martial art of Tai Chi and show how the principles of Tai Chi are reflected in Makotokai Karate.
Don't hesitate to invite your friends and family. Everyone is welcome.
On Saturday, following the seminar, we will gather for some food, drink and chat in the courtyard at the dojo.
